September 29 all over the world, at the initiative of the World Heart Federation, with the support of many initiative organizations and groups (UNESCO, WHO, etc.) since 1999, World Heart Day is celebrated. Its purpose is to attract the attention of people and their awareness of the scale of the problem of the spread of the 21st century epidemic of cardiovascular diseases. They are the leading cause of death all over the world, no other cause takes so many lives! These diseases are also a huge medical and social problem in Russia - about half a million people die every year from diseases of the circulatory system in our country!
But according to the World Heart Federation, up to 80% of cardiovascular accidents and deaths from them could be avoided. Therefore, the second big task of World Heart Day is to provide competent and effective prevention of heart and vascular diseases.
The basic aspects of the prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system are:
Preventing smoking (passive and active), excessive use of alcohol, drugs;
Maintain optimal and competent motor activity, weight control, the fight against obesity;
Healthy rational nutrition with a high biological value, the use (prescribed by a doctor) of drugs, as well as nutraceuticals and geroprotectors, optimizing the work of the circulatory system, supporting its compensatory abilities;
Regular prophylactic medical examination and timely treatment, knowledge of its main parameters: numbers of blood pressure, glucose level, cholesterol and its fractions, body mass index;
Reduction of psycho-emotional and physical stress loads on the body - competent stress management, adherence to sleep and wakefulness.
Atherosclerosis is currently considered to be the main factor causing the development of circulatory system diseases. Complications of atherosclerotic vascular changes are such terrible diseases as stroke, heart attack, as well as coronary heart disease, hypertension, etc. Atherosclerosis is called "the disease of civilization or the plague of the 21st century." However, the modern results of the study of the mummies of ancient Egypt showed that the Egyptian pharaohs were also subject to atherosclerosis. That is, this disease has been pursuing humanity for more than one millennium.
Knowledge of the causes leading to the development of atherosclerotic changes in the vessels and leading to their narrowing, which means impaired blood circulation in the vital organs: heart, brain, kidneys, lower limbs and adherence to effective preventive measures will help us to stay healthy and live much longer and better. !
It is well known that atherosclerosis has many causes. Hereditary factors are of primary importance, i.e. genetic predisposition of a person, gender and age, environmental conditions surrounding a person, as well as the nature and quality of food, psychological atmosphere, stress level and ability to cope with it.
Disruption of lipid balance as a result of over-calorie and poor nutrition, along with other causes (heredity, sedentary lifestyle, chronic intoxication) is the basis for the development of another serious trigger for the development of atherosclerosis - the metabolic syndrome. This is a whole complex of disorders, including obesity, decreased sensitivity of tissues to insulin, arterial hypertension, a tendency to thrombosis and a violation of carbohydrate, lipid and purine exchanges. With metabolic syndrome, the level of free fatty acids in the blood increases, the level of low-density lipoproteins increases (due to their small size they easily penetrate into the walls of blood vessels and are deposited there), and the low level of high-density lipoproteins, which does not penetrate into the vessel wall. A large number of studies demonstrate a clear link between lipid metabolism disorders and an increased risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke.
Two ancient Greek words athere (gruel) and sclerosis (solid) reflect the essence of the process of forming atherosclerotic changes in the vessels. First, as a result of lipid imbalance, fatty spots and streaks appear on the inner endothelial wall of the arteries. If desquamation occurs — damage to the inner lining of endothelium vessels under the influence of various factors (high blood pressure, spasms, abnormal turbulent blood flows in the area of vascular branching, immune mechanisms, toxins, viruses, alcohol abuse, smoking, hyperglycemia, etc.), the process starts the occurrence of atherosclerotic plaque.
Contributing to solving the problems of effective and safe medical prevention and protection of the cardiovascular system, as well as maintaining remission in existing cardiovascular diseases for the World Heart Day, Peptides presents the “Previn And PC-19.
A feature of the drugs is a systemic effect on all the main links in the pathogenesis chain of atherosclerotic vascular changes.
For effective primary and secondary prevention of diseases of the heart and blood vessels, a multi-component, highly effective preparation “Previn” has been developed, which experts of the scientific department of the company recommend using in conjunction with the peptide bioregulator PC-19.
The complex works consistently: it increases the strength of endothelial cells, which reduces their damage even under increased load. Normalizes cholesterol and blood sugars, preventing the infiltration of the vascular wall with lipoproteins and protects endothelial membrane proteins from defeat with high concentrations of sugars (glycation process). Reduces the level of peroxidation of low-density lipoproteins inside the vascular wall due to the antioxidant properties of the product. Reduces the level of inflammatory mediators (cytokines), which prevents the formation of a chronic inflammatory process in the focus and the spread of atherosclerosis. Stabilizes the membrane of platelets, reducing their contact activity, preventing excessive activation and thrombosis. Normalizes the rheological properties of blood. Relieves excess tension and spasm of smooth muscle cells of arteries and arterioles.
The effectiveness of these drugs is realized through the synergy of their biologically active substances. So in "Previn" include:
Hesperidin
Flavonoid, a polyphenol of plant origin, contained in large quantities in the peel of citrus, in some other plants. It activates the production of collagen and enhances the properties of connective tissue. It is a powerful antioxidant, in its properties close to quercetin and rutin. Supports and activates the action of many other antioxidants. Hesperidin has pronounced angioprotective properties. It has a general antispasmodic activity, improves microcirculation, normalizes the rheological properties of blood and vascular permeability, helping to reduce venous stagnation and having venotonic properties. Reducing desquamation and damage to the endothelium and providing anti-inflammatory effect, helps to strengthen the walls of blood vessels and capillaries. Strengthens blood flow in coronary vessels, lowers blood pressure.
Green tea extract
It is a tonic and tonic remedy. Its ability to neutralize toxins and remove radionuclides from the body has long been scientifically proven.
The powerful antioxidant and cytoprotective properties of green tea can be used in the combined treatment of virtually any disease accompanied by oxidative stress. It was found that green tea flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol, myritin) improve microcirculation, affecting the level of nitric oxide, which regulates the tone of blood vessels. Another important property of green tea catechins is to increase the resistance of the neurons of the cerebral cortex to hypoxia, which is especially important for the prevention of stroke in older individuals.
Choline
Vitamin-like substance is usually referred to vitamins of group B, although it is synthesized in the body, and its content in tissues is much higher than other vitamins. Choline derivative - acetylcholine - plays an important role in nervous activity, activates the work of brain cells. In the body, choline is involved in the transport of fats and in the construction of cell membranes. It is a hepatoprotector, since the utilization of fatty acids in the liver (lipotropic effect) occurs only in its presence. With insufficient intake of choline from food, fat accumulates in the liver, which can serve as a factor predisposing to cirrhosis of the liver. Choline lowers cholesterol and normalizes blood lipoproteins and lipid balance.
A distinctive feature of choline and its derivatives is the ability to remove lipofuscin from cells, the ballast pigment of aging, the accumulation of which in cells causes the acceleration of the aging process of the body.
L-arginine
This amino acid is a source of formation of nitric oxide (due to the donation of NO groups) - a neurotransmitter that improves blood circulation. It is considered an essential amino acid, enters the human body with food. Plays a large role in protein metabolism. It maintains an optimal nitrogenous balance in the body, taking part in the transportation of excess ammonia, converts it into urea.
Arginine is involved in the regulation of vascular tone, maintains optimal blood pressure, and normalizes cholesterol levels in the blood. It is part of many enzymes and hormones, stimulates the production of insulin by the pancreas, and participates in the growth hormone synthesis process. Arginine improves the condition of patients with heart failure, increasing blood flow during exercise, and also strengthens the immune system.
Vitamin PP (nicotinamide)
Participates in redox reactions, during which sugar and fat are converted into energy, as well as in ensuring the processes of tissue growth. Normalizes the concentration of lipoproteins and reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood. Vasodilator, at the level of the capillary bed, normalizes the microcirculation, stabilizes the cell membrane of platelets, reducing their contact activation and preventing microthrombosis, reduces blood viscosity. Eliminates turbulent blood flow and prevents vascular damage by hydrostatic blood strokes.
The composition of PC-19 consists of natural peptides of the brain, vascular tissue and myocardial tissue. Natural peptides in solution provide bioregulation, slow down the degradation of tissues and correct the disturbances in the cells resulting from the pathological process, bringing them to the optimum physiological level characteristic of this age. In PC-19, peptides of natural origin gently regulate protein synthesis at the cellular level. Peptides are tissue-specific and act strictly directed on the key-lock principle. The effectiveness of their application has been proven by more than thirty years of experience in clinical studies. Peptide bioregulators have no adverse reactions and do not cause complications.
Peptide brain acts selectively on nerve cells, normalizing their metabolism and functional activity and ensure the normalization of the nerve impulse.
Peptide vessels has a selective effect on the endothelial cells of the vascular wall, normalize their metabolism and restores the function of the vascular wall. In particular, the drug activates the regeneration of endothelial tissues, stimulates the differentiation and synthesis of structural and functional proteins of the endothelium. Restores cell-cell interactions. Thus, trophic tissue improves, hypoxia, edema, tissue intoxication are reduced, metabolic processes are normalized, capillary function and microcirculation are restored.
Myocardial peptide has a selective effect on myocardial cells, activating the synthesis of structural and functional proteins responsible for the functioning of the tissues of the heart muscle, as well as the division and differentiation of functionally active cells.
Natural peptides are geroprotectors (substances that prevent tissue aging). They provide bioregulation, slow down the age-related degradation of tissues and correct the disturbances in the cells resulting from the pathological process, bringing them to the optimum physiological level characteristic of this age. This is a kind of "update package" for the operating system of a complex "biological computer", which is our body.
The composition of PC-19 also includes the ginseng-derived bioantioxidant complex “Neovitin” and the essential oils of mint and pine, which have a calming, regenerating, analgesic, antispasmodic, antioxidant, bactericidal, healing, tonic effect.
The complex "Previn" and PK-19 is recommended as a means of primary prevention of diseases of the heart and blood vessels for:
