Pankramin®- Bioregulator of the pancreas
Improves the functioning of the pancreas, normalize digestion and metabolism
The pancreas as a authority having and endocrine, and excretory functions, plays a critical role in the normal functioning of the body. Pancreatic diseases of various etiologies develop metabolic, digestive, hormonal and other disorders leading sometimes to serious health consequences.
Diabetes, having different shapes and etiology, can be regarded as a syndrome, which are the basis of the disorder of glucose metabolism and lipid lesion, followed by increase of small (nephropathy, retinopathy) and major (atherosclerosis), blood vessels, and the pathology of the peripheral nerves (autonomic and somatic polyneuropathy ). For correction and prevention of pathological changes occurring in various diseases of the pancreas, developed "Pankramin."
Clinical trials of "Pankramin" conducted in 125 patients with chronic pancreatitis and latent type 1 diabetes.
Therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of "Pankramin" assessed by changes in subjective complaints, indicators of laboratory blood tests, functional tests and dynamic tests on glucose tolerance.
During a course of "Pankramin" in patients with chronic pancreatitis increases appetite, decreased frequency of dyspeptic disorders, improves overall health. Observed increase in the activity of pancreatic enzymes (trypsin and amylase), which corresponded to a positive clinical dynamics.
In patients with latent diabetes "Pankramin" was used under the control of the test for glucose tolerance, thus found that in patients receiving "Pankramina" there was a gradual decrease in blood glucose levels with its subsequent normalization.
"Pankramin" recommended for accelerated reparative processes and restore functions of the pancreas in acute and chronic disease in diabetes mellitus (non-insulin dependent form), malnutrition, digestive disorders, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. It is also recommended for the elderly to maintain the function of the pancreas and the normalization of the gastro-intestinal tract.
Clinical experience suggests that the most effective is the use of a complex "Pankramin", "Ventramin" and "Hepatamin" in various pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, since all the processes occurring in the digestive system, are interrelated.
