Alanine is changeable amino acid type. It is one of the main energy sources for the muscles, brain and central nervous system. It regulates the levels of energy metabolism, stimulates the immune system and keeps muscle tone.

Directions of use:

Adults and children older than 14 – 3 tablets a day.
3 tablets have 30mg of Vitamin C, which is around 50% of average daily dosage.

Do not drink more than 6 tablets a day!
